What's Up With MACC?
We recently have had requests from many of our active members to provide a Studio/Gallery for our "Starving Artists" in the area. We are currently looking for a building in Plano that will serve that purpose.
Our thought is that several "open" studios will be available for use on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Lockers will be available for you to store your supplies, and the studio area will be stocked with the necessary tables, sinks, etc. that will be needed. We will display your artwork on a consignment basis with marketing and promotional community events scheduled to bring in buyers. We will also loan out the gallery for charitable events.
We are always looking for artists to promote. Send us your links and pics!
